We offer 1 hour free waiting time on all Airport pickups and 10 minutes free on all other bookings
Outside this, our waiting time fee is 50pence/minute.
Any other charge (carpark, toll bridges) outside the free hour is the customer's responsibility.
In case of a cancellation, we have a "No refund" policy.
1. Payment Policy: All payments for our services are non-refundable.
2. Reservation Changes: Once a booking is made, any changes or cancellations may incur fees and are subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, regardless of the circumstances, refunds will not be issued.
4. Force Majeure: Trusted Drivers Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations ("Hand of God").
5. No-show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
6. No Refund: Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
